Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 2+ years experience as a paralegal or legal professional with an international company or law firm
  • Minimum education requirements include an undergraduate legal degree or higher non-legal degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills; able to prioritize activities and perform multiple tasks while maintaining quality, speed, and accuracy; and have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, including coordination with colleagues and clients in multiple time zones
  • Ability to communicate requirements, expectations, and deadlines, asking questions to obtain and share relevant information

Position Responsibilities:

  • Business Support. Under the supervision of regional and country counsel, provide broad-ranging legal support to Boeing businesses in the region, particularly assisting with legal advice on contractual negotiations and disputes.
  • Corporate. Support MEA transactions and assist with annual training for the Boeing business units, including the JVs in Saudi Arabia. Draft corporate governance documents, including board resolutions and powers of attorneys, and assist with the licensing and renewal activities of the various Boeing entities in the region.
  • Special Projects. Work with the Regional and Country Counsel on special projects to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the Law Department in the region, with a demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, and drive projects to completion.
