The role holder is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers by responding to their queries in an effective and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries promptly and politely with accurate and complete information and redirect them to appropriate individuals.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, outlining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, asking questions to confirm or clarify information and handling irate clients.
  • Inform and advise the customer about drug interactions, adverse effects, dosage, and appropriate medication storage.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • License from: Dubai Health Authority
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a registered pharmacist in UAE.
