WE ARE HIRING! Regional Sales Manager – Food Services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and expand strong relationships with HORECA, institutional clients, distributors, chefs, and key decision-makers, positioning Dawn Foods as the preferred partner. Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the Food Services channel. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, evaluating emerging trends, and introducing innovative sales approaches to capture market share. Ensure effective sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, maintaining accuracy in market insights and financial projections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

6-8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within Food Services / HORECA / B2B sales. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing. Very strong communication and presentation
