What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

– You’re the boss of all things paperwork. Technical docs, drawings, emails—if it’s on paper (or PDF), you’ve got it covered.
– Type up the info in the right registers. Mistakes? Not on your watch.
– Run reports about document control. Yes, more paperwork about the paperwork. Wild, right?
– Make sure everyone gets the latest approved docs—staff, subcontractors, suppliers—nobody gets left behind, not on your shift.
– Keep crystal clear records of what’s approved, who has it, where it went. If someone asks, you know.
– Guard those documents like they’re state secrets. No lost files, no coffee stains—easy to find, safe and sound.
– Keep files and control logs up to date. If the project manager asks for it, you’ve already got it sorted.
– Help out with the project schedule and progress reports. Basically, you’re the person who actually knows what’s going on.
– File progress reports with the client. You’re the messenger—don’t shoot yourself.

What We’re Looking For:

– You finished college (in any field, honestly, but if you’ve got an engineering degree, that’s even better).
– 1-2 years doing the document controller thing.
– Female applicants only (seriously, that’s what they want).
– You speak Tagalog. That’s non-negotiable.
