We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & Performance Marketing.

WE ARE HIRING Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execute high-performance ad campaigns across platforms (Meta & TikTok Ads) to drive website traffic and bookings.
• Analyze and Optimize campaign performance with a focus on ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
• Leverage Data to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more.
• Compile Social Media and performance reports.
• Experiment & Innovate with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Stay Ahead of trends in digital marketing, particularly in travel and hospitality.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years in Meta, TikTok Ads & reporting.

Location:

• DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
