Key Accountabilities

• To execute day-to-day operational activities efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Handling surrender requests, payment processing, data entry and record maintenance
• Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer service delivery and operational accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Ms. Office suite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
