Key Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of specific experience in technology-focused innovation and Transformation
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing an innovation program in an engineering-related organization, working with ideation platforms and ecosystems with a track record of sustained results
  • Experience in implementing innovation programs in multinational or holding company organizations
  • Experience in UAE or the Middle East is desirable
  • Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Science, Defense, and Strategic Studies, or another related field
  • Relevant certification in Innovation
  • (Agile) Project management certification (Nice to have)
  • Knowledge of end-to-end innovation process with applicable methodologies and tools (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile)
  • Knowledge of product development and product management (e.g., PRD, DevOps)
