Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and following up the appointments and agenda of the CEO and DCEO, arranging meetings, and preparing all documents required for the effective organization of the CEO’s and DCEO appointments and agenda
  • Following up on the preparation and organization of rooms and supplies for meetings and events headed by the CEO and DCEO, documenting its outcomes and writing the minutes of the meetings.
  • preparing a data base and lists of the names of official figures to send invitations and congratulations and condolences messages in a timely manner.
  • Organizing and following up the implementation of travel reservations and all logistical procedures for the CEO and DCEO and the relevant measures inside and outside the Kingdom to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the arrangements.
  • Classifying and archiving the documents and records of the CEO and DCEO and saving it in a systematic manner that is consistent with the archiving policy approved by GAC to ensure the preservation of their confidentiality and help speed their retrieval.
  • Assisting in preparing letters, reports and outputs with the required accuracy and timeliness to meet work requirements and reach the desired level of efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Secretary or similar fields.
  • (5) years of experience in the job field.
