1- Facilities Management Administrator
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
The purpose of this job is to support Facilities management team in all commercial aspects of contracts or purchase orders with objective to ensure that expenses are accurately tracked and posted, payments are made in accordance to terms and conditions with respect to Al-Futtaim internal financial procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contract Management
- PO Administration
- Inter Departmental Communication
- Database Management
- Management Reporting
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks: Support the facilities management team with any related administrative or coordination tasks if the business requires
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Commerce / Accounts
- 5 years experience in administration / accounting
- 3 years Excel / MS Office experience
