• MS Office or computer software

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field, coupled with 5 to 7 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or customer service, preferred.

• Managing parts inventory and sourcing new parts

   

• Coordinating supply and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods

   

• Achieving sales targets and implementing strategies

   

• Sometimes product lines sell out.

   

• Handling customer complaints and warranty cases

   

• Strong relationships with customers and distributors.

   

• Leading and guiding the team, delegating tasks

   

• Evaluating team performance

   

• Managing budget and expenses

   

• Process payments and follow company policies.

   

• Create sales and inventory reports and analyze trends.

   

• Solve logistics problems.

   

• Implement new ideas to ensure customer satisfaction.
