Key Responsibilities

• Baking and preparing bread and bakery items such as buns and rolls.
• Doing the entire job from mixing ingredients to baking.
• Working according to the recipe and maintaining good quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
• Helping me create new products.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a bakery, production kitchen, hotel or QSR bakery
• Strong practical experience in bread and baking is essential.
• Knowledge of dough handling, proofing and temperature.
• A mindset of food safety and hygiene
