Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. (NED University of Engineering & Technology graduates preferred).
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance, and engineering systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to **Engineering and Maintenance Teams**.
• Monitor and maintain **Electrical and Mechanical Systems**.
• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance** I support.
• Check equipment performance** and provide ideas for performance improvement.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams** to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance logs** I follow.
• Follow safety standards and engineering best practices I participate in Cross-functional projects I gain
• experience from different engineering disciplines.
