Imtiaz Supper Market, one of Pakistan’s most prominent retail chains, is on the lookout for a floor manager-NON-FOOD who is experienced and vibrant to take charge of the company’s non-food operations and lead the team at the Islamabad outlet. If you are a retail professional with great leadership skills and have worked for a long time in non-food retail, this is a great chance for you to be at the forefront of driving sales, improving customer experience and making operations excellent.

The chosen applicant will take charge of handling various non-food categories, providing coordination among different teams, and securing the proper daily operation of the department while reaching business goals and keeping excellent levels of product display, customer service, and compliance with operational rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all Non-Food categories, including:

  • Baby Care / New Born

  • Health & Beauty

  • Household

  • Fashion Goods & Accessories

  • Textile & Hosiery

  • Electronics & Multimedia

• Lead, coach, and mentor floor staff to ensure high performance and engagement

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising standards to maximize sales and profitability

• Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining product availability, displays, and quality standards

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store management for smooth operations

• Implement operational policies, procedures, and retail best practices

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred

• Experience: 5–8 years in retail operations with at least 2 years in a similar role managing Non-Food categories

• Proven track record of leading teams, managing departments, and achieving sales targets

• Experience in retail categories such as Baby Care, Health & Beauty, Household, Fashion, Textile, Electronics, and Multimedia

Skills & Competencies

• Leadership ability and group management skill set

   

• Communication, organization and problem-solving skills at a very high level

   

• Fast-paced retail environment functioning ability along with simultaneous multiple tasks handling capability

   

• Understanding of product display, inventory control and retail operation management

   

• A consumer-oriented attitude blended with a professional approach
