As Senior Reservation Agent, you oversee the Reservations Team and how it performs routine procedures in order to maximise revenue and Guest satisfaction. The Senior Reservation Agent will work with the Reservations Team to develop future and repeat business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support for the Reservation Manager and the entire Business Development Department in maximising revenue
- Ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of guests/customers by an optimal service, taking account of the established standards.
- Acceptance and entry of reservations by telephone, fax and email.
- Call-off / updating of reservations via the ONQ PMS
- Exact knowledge and correct application of various rates
Job Requirements:
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Confident telephone manner
