SSC is looking for a confident and well-organized Admin Officer cum Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and visitor handling
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Maintain records, documentation and reports
- Handle travel arrangements and administrative support tasks
Female candidate with 2–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
Must have excellent communication and coordination skills with strong expertise in vendor management, documentation, reporting and proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
Experience in handling Travel Desk operations including tickets, bookings, and schedules is preferred.
