WE’RE HIRING Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate GRN weights and summaries of invoices, as submitted by the Biomass Purchase Lead.
  Check the STRN status of suppliers on the FBR portal.
  Process invoices and make sure they are entered in the system properly and on time.
  Separate records of payments by POs at each purchase site.
  Match GRN entries with the right invoice to ensure accuracy.
  Prepare vendor specific vouchers according to the agreed payment schedules.
  Release vouchers and send to Finance Head for signoff.
  Make sure payments are timely and were agreed upon.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant qualifications.
• 2-3 years of work experience in finance/accounts.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Expertise in managing data and ensuring financial accuracy.
