Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

As a Technology Experience Specialist you will work across a wide variety of products from concept to delivery, collaborating with a team of Technical Product Owners, Architects and Developers to create compelling and creative user experiences that delights users and fulfils the business needs & objectives. They help ensure all Technology solutions are fit for purpose, improve end user productivity and are easy & enjoyable to use. The Technology Experience Specialist ensure all experience designs are informed by industry standards, best practices and rigorous user testing. You will have expert knowledge of visual design software and wire-framing tools such as Adobe Suite, Sketch and Invision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of cross functional experts to deliver design concepts, visual prototypes and conduct exploration workshops.
  • Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across the broader teams of Technical Product Management, Architecture and Development
  • Leverage practice thinking to help continuously improve tools and methods that go into the continuous improvement of the experience design playbook.
  • Work with specialists to ensure all products have baseline usability measures that serve as a guidance for future improvement and recommendations.
  • Work with team specialists to drive the practice of research and analysis and subsequent incorporation into the overall experience design principles.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in User Experience Design and/or Interactive Design
  • Experience in leading small to medium sized design projects, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in facilitating design thinking workshops and storytelling.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, interactively, and persuasively to all audiences.
