Responsibilities:

• Maintain the executives calendar and help with logistical planning for appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
• Manage and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (i.e. e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Organize travel arrangements for executives.
• Handle all confidential documents and keep them safe.
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist with filing documents.
• Maintain electronic and paper logs and records and stay organized and readily available.
• Do research and arrange presentation or report when assigned.
