JOB TITLE LOCATION
Administrator, Gift Season Data Entry Toronto, ON

Job Responsibilities:

• Input and process offline adoption and product sales, including donations.

• Process credit card payments for adoptions, and other WWF merchandise sales.

• Reconcile revenue in Raisers’ Edge against other reports to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.

• Act as first point of contact for gift phone calls, and act as backup for support on overflow tax receipt and other inquiries.

• Act as first point of contact for donation walk-in, responding to inquiries and assisting with package fulfillment.

• Coordination, follow-up and tracking of inbound/outgoing calls and emails regarding adoptions and products.

• Assist in the identification of customer service and gift administration issues as they arise through donor feedback.

• Assist in trouble shooting technical and gift administration concerns as they arise through donor feedback.

• Assist with data entry for regular gifts, issue tax receipts, and print acknowledgement letters.

• Generate various reports from databases as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry and customer service, preferably in a not-for-profit setting.
  • Experience with Raisers’ Edge (preferred).
  • Highly detail oriented, with strong data entry skills.
  • Understanding of conservation issues in Canada and around the world; acquired through education or job experience.
  • Strong customer-service skills, with an ability to handle and resolve difficult situations.
  • Above average computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email.
  • Ability to take initiative and practice good decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to be flexible and respond to a diverse workload.
