Business Cutover & Hypercare Manager	Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Responsibilities:

Manages and coordinates a team of Business Cutover& Hypercare Leads across multiple concurrent Go Lives in a Portfolio
Oversees execution of the cutover plans at a Portfolio level identifying mitigation plans for risks and issues highlighted by the Cutover leads or other stakeholders
Drives inputs to the Business Cutover plan for continuous improvement and ensure a consistent methodology
Acts as the Business Cutover representative in the planning of the Technical Cutover and Data Migration Plans, identifying risks and issues
Accountable for the overall management of the Business Cutover Plans

Job Requirements:

A good commercial understanding of business IT systems and interdependencies
(Ideally) coming from the Business/commercial teams with experience relevant to the Portfolio they will support
Formal or informal experience of running projects and/or managing critical paths and deadlines
A current leader or manager who can demonstrate diverse and broad experience as well as knowledge of the business processes related to the portfolio they will support or can demonstrate the ability to upskill and learn at pace
Can demonstrate having trained, supported, and led teams thru new process adoption
