Job Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a set of digital competencies (CX and Product) and service offering
  • Drive Digital Customer Experience as a priority across all customer digital touchpoints.
  • Interact with senior management and executive level business leaders to align Digital strategy.
  • Implement and lead business enhancing digital technology changes throughout the organization, developing digital channels and customer experiences.
  • Drive Digital Customer Experience as a priority across all customer digital touchpoints.
  • Assist in developing the innovation strategy and promoting it across the group as well as ensuring that it is reflected in the digital portfolio of work
  • Drive overall digital strategy for the group that aligns with business vision and implement across the group

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior management role in Digital Transformation or equivalent position in a global environment.
  • Experience leading an agile team and delivering new digital customer experiences and channels.
  • Solid knowledge in emerging technologies, and the ability to apply these in the service of the company’s key business goals.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; experience in funded FinTech start-up or similar
  • Must have experience in building digital product roadmaps
  • Strong technical understanding
