Job Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact for all operational aspects of demand, with links into the Supply organization.
- Demand Validation, verify demand volumes and ensure associated market intelligence is documented, working with Gulf MC commercial team. Active adoption of V4CAST to support the Demand validation and forecasting methodology depending on product segment. Ensure that exceptional demand changes between Marketing Companies and Pack Sites are managed.
- Handle product supply issues in collaboration with Site, Global Logistics and Commercial Team.
- Escalate to the Marketing Company Account Manager where there are potential issues/gaps for resolution and widely through the TIER process where required.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- SAP systems knowledge, including APO
- Forecasting and demand statistical analysis.
- Analytical and reporting skills, and data interpretation.
