Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day end user operational issues in Oracle Cloud HCM & Taleo stream in ERP operations.
- Build strong relationships with the key business stakeholders by providing solutions to their requirements.
- Manage and oversee Project delivery documents such as system requirements, design, implementation guides, Runbooks, configuration management guides, etc.
- Monitor the assignment groups in ServiceNow & ensure timely allocation of tickets to SI partner Guide the team in resolving reported issues on time as per service level agreement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or university in computer science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of working within professional, enterprise level IT Organization.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of techno functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Understanding of Oil & Gas field services business practices
