Description:

TLM’s next Marketing Manager will be responsible for the design, planning, development, and implementation of a cohesive & strategic marketing campaign for the TLM Group. Lead partner engagement and lead generation campaigns in the B2B space, enhance brand awareness and our market position in the region, and ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a marketing role
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of marketing tactics and best practices
• Ability to coordinate with freelance and agency talent
• Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
• Experience with CRMs and other marketing automation tools for reporting analytics and campaign execution
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy

• Proactively own and implement the region-specific marketing plan for partner acquisition and expansion. Managing, implementing, and
