Job Responsibilities:

  • The Packing Specialist is responsible for working with the Operations Supervisor in organizing a customer’s home before the official moving day by packing precious items into boxes, including labeling, and positioning all boxes and small items for the upcoming move.
  • The Packing Specialist should have excellent knowledge of functional support areas, including outstanding customer service and a smiling and positive attitude.
  • Packers work with our Client to safely and efficiently pack up all their ownings as required.
  • Responsible for supporting inventory checks, completing paperwork and other items as required
  • Communicate professionally with a positive, outgoing personality
  • Be coachable and always wanting to learn and grow in all job responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Professional, courteous and customer service oriented.
  • Physically fit in packing boxes up to 35 lbs, moving and safely organizing the boxes in the customer’s home (kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, etc).
  • Pack customers homes (dining room, kitchen, bedroom, etc)
  • Outstanding customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® customers.
  • A team player with strong oral and written skills.
