Coordination with TIS and CSS on day-to-day documentation requirements.

Coordinating and arranging the Training for Induction & periodical training for staff as and when required.
Monitoring communication, intervening & taking up issues as and when required with agents as well as internally.
Coordinating with customs and local authorities on related issues.
Arranging periodical meetings with key personnel and reporting on prevailing or expected issues.
Ensuring all relevant reports are circulated on time & scrutinizing the accuracy of the same.
Maintaining records & circulating reports on schedule.
Handling/ Resolving issues and problems raised by Sales & Customer Service Personnel.
