Job Responsibilities:
- Overlooking all the aspects handled by Team Leader of department.
- Coordination with TIS and CSS on day-to-day documentation requirements.
- Approval of Job-related cheque request.
- Ensuring usage of registered vendors and correct agency network.
- Coordinating and arranging the Training for Induction & periodical training for staff as and when required.
- Monitoring communication, intervening & taking up issues as and when required with agents as well as internally.
- Coordinating with customs and local authorities on related issues.
- Arranging periodical meetings with key personnel and reporting on prevailing or expected issues.
- Ensuring all relevant reports are circulated on time & scrutinizing the accuracy of the same.
- Maintaining records & circulating reports on schedule.
- Handling/ Resolving issues and problems raised by Sales & Customer Service Personnel.
