Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily execution of Programmatic Media campaigns; monitor campaign delivery and optimize performance against business goals
- Work with vendor partners, creative agency, and integrated advertising teams on all facets of digital display, video, audio, and OOH media planning, buying and reporting
- Work with Manager, Programmatic Marketing on the planning and implementation of annual strategic program roadmaps for digital display, video, audio and OOH.
- Assist in the development of tactical plans for all programmatic media campaigns targeting multiple sections of the conversion funnel
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and encourage planning and production teams to implement creative
- Analyze data and communicate proposed media recommendations to marketing team
- Conduct incrementality testing
- Manage media budgets, provide budget control reports, and handle invoicing
- Use various media tools to discover and monitor industry trends, audience sentiment, share of voice, customer interactions, sales opportunities and content creation ideas
- Work closely with Marketing, Advertising, PR and Production teams on digital display, video, audio and OOH media campaigns and initiatives
- Weekly, monthly and ad hoc campaign reporting and analysis to multiple stakeholders
- Stay abreast of the latest offerings from Google and other platforms, with a strong focus on innovation and testing
Job Requirements:
- Internal Candidates: Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+, Meets Expectations and Consistently Demonstrates)
- 2+ years experience in-platform programmatic media activation experience
- Data-driven mentality and a curiosity to dive deeper into campaign and channel analysis across multiple DSP platforms.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic targeting capabilities
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns that adhere to target KPIs: such as conversion rate, new vs. retention CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Analytics expertise; able to organize and present data that explains a cause and effect relationship that the organization can learn from and that can be used for further program optimization
- Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing budgets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Collaborative, resourceful, and self-directed individual and team-player.
- Seen as a subject matter expert by their peers
- Naturally curious, with an inclination to problem solve and uncover meaning
- Bias towards action and results
- Retail industry experience is an asset
