Materio General Trading LLC is a UAE based company dealing with specialty products and building material. We are the distributors of various European brands and some are premium Polish brands. We work closely with Designers and Contractors and we are always aiming to grow our clients’ network. We are currently looking for an active Sales & Marketing Manager for our UAE office. This is a full time job and requires relocation to the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create & implement new sales strategies to identify new lead opportunities
  • Be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities with potential & existing customers.
  • Generate new business through calls & contacts with potential customers.
  • Maximize sales performance and ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Monitor market’s competitive benchmark data and regularly review with the management
  • Promote the company’s full range of products to existing & potential customers & build strong relationships with them.
  • Follow-up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
  • Actively promote products through seminars promotions, presentations, exhibitions etc.
  • Monitor complaints and make sure they are handled by our technical team properly and in timely manner.
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • maintain awareness of market trends in our industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring competitors’ activities
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales targets as set out by the senior management team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must, preferably in Business & Marketing.
  • 2-5 years experience in similar role
  • English language is a must. With very good writing skills.
