Job Description

Working closely with the Sales Team and Internal Teams you will execute Enrollment Packages and contracts. You will partner with the Area Sales Executives to review Sales Enrollment Packages obtained from prospects in the field and verify that the information submitted is correct. You will handle outbound calls to the agents, set up appointments and provide support to the WU Agent Network.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for monitoring the daily Western Union network performance and assisting the field team in all agent administration duties.
  • As the point of contact between the field and other business departments
  • you will work efficiently to ensure reported issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
