Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for a Digital/Technology Talent Acquisition Partner for one of our prestigious client based in UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Digital/Technology Talent Acquisition is an fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Recruiter to work with a leading RPO provider and manage an exciting digital client.
  • The role involves managing client expectations, meeting hiring managers and taking briefs, going to market and shortlisting top talent, sourcing candidates utilising all channels including advertising, cv libraries, LinkedIn, Inhouse database, referral schemes and offshore talent teams.
  • Arranging interviews and managing interview feedback, negotiating offers and processing paperwork.
  • Candidates must have demonstrable digital recruitment experience along with UAE HR/Internal Recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter in high end technology roles like Information security/ICT/Cybersecurity domain across Globe.
  • Identify and develop talent on high-end technology roles like SOC/SIEM/DevsecOps/ICT/Cybersecurity domain for technical positions, including but not limited to: Cyber Security, SOC, SIEM, VPAT, YARA, Snort, Suricata, HIPS Business Intelligence.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for ICT/CyberSecurity onsite program.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications or ICT/CyberSecurity onsite program.
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Fill in for recruiter staffing shortfalls if they occur until programs are fully operational
  • Continuously consider opportunities for delivery improvement
  • Work independently and proactively to deliver the pre-defined SLAs.
  • Share client specific updates with the RPO recruiting team as they develop to ensure best practices are implemented
