Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall sports strategy and vision across The City School network.
• Plan, organize, and oversee inter-school, regional, and national sports tournaments and events.
• Ensure alignment of sports programs with academic schedules and institutional policies.
• Supervise and guide Physical Education teachers and sports coordinators across all campuses.
• Identify and nurture sports talent among students and provide pathways for advanced training.
• Establish partnerships with external sports bodies, clubs, and professional trainers.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement of sports equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote student health and well-being through sports.
• Monitor performance of sports programs and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Represent the school network in external sports forums, associations, and events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans proactively.
• Leadership and People Management.
• Liaise with internal teams (clinical, operations, finance) and external stakeholders (contractors, vendors, regulators), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Resources and Change Management.
• Identify potential risks and issues; develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee procurement activities, and ensure deliverables are on time and within scope.
• Track project expenditures, manage budgets, and report financial status to senior management.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
