Description:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager,you will join a committed Food and Beverage team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich. We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for taking the lead in driving an increase in business across all FIVE outlets
  • Set an example by reporting to duty punctually wearing business attire according to FIVE’s dress code and grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the set example
  • Ensure that the place of work and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized at all times
  • Inspire the team to execute the highest level of service standards at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on approach and flexibility with a ‘can-do’ work attitude
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional F&B services with a passion
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a senior management level, from a hospitality / restaurant background (UAE experience desirable)
