Job Responsibilities:

  • You will support the head of operations on all operational and strategic topics.
  • You will manage, and improve the cost, service quality, and availability from our existing partners within the UAE.
  • You will support the head of operations in handling the communication from our external partners, , suppliers and providers as well as managing the logistics and supply chain from external stakeholders.
  • You will support the operations managers in operational tasks which include the onboarding/offboarding of partners/chauffeurs, the creation and assignment of pricing tables, quality control and coaching on partner incidents.
  • You will manage the overall quality of the fleet and chauffeurs ensuring that checklists are implemented to track performance as well as individual KPIs.
  • You will build strong, authentic relationships with a network of partners and suppliers.
  • You will develop strategies to make Blacklane the partner of choice for our chauffeurs and other potential chauffeurs in the market, including understanding their needs and identifying ways to improve their livelihoods.
  • You will analyze relevant data, share insights and optimize performance based on what you discover.
  • You will be responsible for performing regular meetings and quality checks with partners/chauffeurs in your city. Hence, some travel (up to 25% of the time) may be required.

Job Requirements:

  • You are currently based in the UAE.
  • You have 4+ years relevant work experience in a business environment.
  • You’re passionate about quality, professionalism, and understand the value of delivering a high-quality service.
  • You’re passionate about EV’s, sustainability and the future of mobility.
  • You have a track record of working in Account Management, Procurement, or Sales.
  • You have experience negotiating and managing low/mid value contracts or any other commercial agreements.
  • You have previously had financial responsibilities for a business segment.
  • You are convincing, personable, helpful and kind.
  • You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence, and openness.
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.
