Directly contribute to achieving and surpassing Individual and Department revenue goals of the Organization
Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve division goals and targets
Initiate, manage, and take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing,
Technology, Client Services, among others
Drive the Marketing team to identify new potential affinity partners and
formulate strategies to penetrate them
Develop and implement strategic goals and tactical planning for the sales organization
Ensure relationships with key decision makers for accounts that will provide new business are
continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown
Oversee and manage the company’s industry relations with key industry associations
Solicit customer feedback to inform the product management team
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant sales experience in ERP software industry experience IS A MUST.
Oracle NetSuite sales experience will be preferred or else need to have a selling experience
of Epicor/SAP B1/ Microsoft Cloud ERP solution.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution.
Sales expert who can drive sales opportunities to win and close deals.
Expert in the industry who understands and influences the marketplace.
A track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives.
UAE driving license is a must.
Related Bachelors degree through MBA preferred.
