1- Manager Value Proposition
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

  • The purpose of this position is to develop propositions for the Premium segment customers and develop its end-to-end experience.
  • The role holder manages the propositions and marketing mix in terms of tailoring value propositions across different sales channel with the aim of penetrating the Premium High-Value Consumer segment in the UAE.
  • Understand the needs and behaviour of the High-value Consumer segment and the Premium prospects to be able to tailor appropriate value propositions in meeting their needs.
  • Manage the analytics and reporting of High-value segment proposition leading to acquisition in terms of acquisition performance versus targets, quality of acquisition, acquisition mix, customer activity as well as ARPU of new customers.
  • Identify and report market trends, highlight growth opportunities and key risks to unit Sr. management in meeting objectives and goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors in Marketing/Sales/related field
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role, preferably in Consumer Marketing within a renowned telecom operator, with special focus on High-value segment or the Post-paid/pre-paid market
  • Good knowledge of the mobile market dynamics with special focus on customer value proposition development in the prepaid/post-paid business
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience design, pricing strategies, base management, marketing research, product portfolio with a creative mind for new market innovations
