Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name badge while working
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the resort’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Supervise and train all Associates in standard operating procedures and loss prevention standards
- Create, approve and post all Engineering associates schedules
Job Requirements:
- A 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience or a two-year college degree and 3 or more years of related management experience
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- At least 5 years’ progressive facilities management experience in a resort or a related field
