Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements
  • Develop and maintain liaison with top management of key regional home builders, contractors, specifiers, architects, engineers, and projects located within the territory.
  • Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of the full line of Residential Products (circuit protection and Wiring Devices). The WDS can conduct training of others on product usage and applications.
  • Ensure appropriate technical assistance regarding product applications to electrical contractors, and users, etc.
  • Develop targeted customer lists and project pipelines for customer conversions and provide support during those conversions
  • Inform the Division of business and product trends, competitive conditions, and voice of the customer within the region.
  • embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger.

Qualification:

  • Educational: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum one year in sales and the Electric field is a must.
  • Experience in the field of Architectural Design and Decoration is a plus.
