Responsibilities:
- Champions commercial processes and tools withing the commercial organization.
- Lead the CRM implementation, training & processes across the logistics commercial organisation
- Ensure our CRM system becomes an enabler of growth by identifying sales process improvements and convert them into CRM solutions in strong collaboration with the technical CRM team.
- Build and maintain CRM dashboards, creating visibility of pipelinle, opportunities, process and perfromance across the logistics functions.
- Support in the sales forecasting across all regional offices, products & services.
- Support commercial management in the commercial audits and ensure processes are aligned with organisation.
Requirements:
- Masters in business administration or equivalent.
- Financial management experience.
- Highly organized.
- Project management experience.
- Highly ethical behavior.
- Effective communicator.
- Motivational skills.
