Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on user interface and experience improvements.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
- Create visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and elevate the user experience.
- Implement UI designs using the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance product design and usability.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and actively contribute innovative ideas to enhance our products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Review and provide feedback on existing UI designs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, computer science, human-computer interaction) is preferred.
