Responsibilities

  • Source and negotiate pricing for all kinds of beverages globally
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely and quality product delivery
  • Collaborate with the research and development team to identify and test new beverage products
  • Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and ordering procedures are followed
  • Monitor trends and industry changes to stay up-to-date on best practices and new products
  • Work closely with the bartender team to create unique and creative cocktails
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay abreast of industry trends and build networks

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a beverage purchaser, or in a similar role in the retail industry
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Ability to analyze and utilize data to make informed decisions
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in SAP is a must
