Responsibilities:
- Support the Demi Chef, Sous Chef in the daily operation and work
- Work according to the instructions of the Superiors.
- Keep the work area clean at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
- Control food stock and food cost in the pastry section
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
Requirements:
- A total of 2-4 years of Culinary experience
- 1 year minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Organized and well planned
- Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic Food hygiene and HACCP Overview trained
