Job Overview

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR work and employee onboarding processes (from joining to exit).

   

• Support employee recruitment, onboarding and documentation.

   

• Maintain HR records and HR system data accurately and confidentially.

   

• Coordination of performance and employee activities.

   

• Assist in implementing company policies and HR rules.

   

• Provide support in admin work for training, payroll and benefits.

Skills & Competencies

• Sound understanding of basic HR functions and practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / standard office tools.

Position: Assistant Professor – Mathematics (Contractual)
