Position: Assistant Manager – Digital Lending, Secured Finance Unit
Experience: 1–2 years | Location: Karachi

Role:
Help launch and grow Alfa Mortgage, a digital platform for property buying, selling, and mortgage financing. Work with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and scale products while ensuring smooth customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
Manage digital lending products end-to-end
Track performance, suggest improvements, and support testing
Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Risk, and Operations

Preferred Profile:
Bachelor’s degree, banking/fintech knowledge a plus
Strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder skills
Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
