Position : Asst. Sous Chef

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Support the head chef with meal preparation, cooking, and accurate recipe execution.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and fully stocked stations while ensuring strict food safety standards.
• Oversee ingredient quality, taste dishes for consistency, and ensure high-standard plating and presentation.
• Assist in supervising and training junior kitchen staff, helping coordinate workflow during busy service periods.
• Contribute to menu planning, suggest improvements, and collaborate with front-of-house staff for smooth service.

QUALIFICATION Graduation in Food Sciences

EXPERIENCE 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
