Kohinoor Mills Limited, a well-known brand in the textile and apparel sector of Pakistan, is now searching for a vibrant and technology-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – E-Commerce & Merchandising who will be part of its Karachi team. This position suits people who have a keen interest in digital sales, marketplace management, and online business growth.

Working as a MTO for E-Commerce and Merchandising, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital presence of Kohinoor Mills on various channels including Alibaba, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. In order to achieve this goal, you will need to work closely with the marketing, sales, and production departments to increase product visibility, enhance customer interaction, and stimulate online revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, merchandising, and promotions on digital platforms

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends

• Assist in planning and executing digital sales strategies and campaigns

• Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure product availability

• Maintain accurate records of online sales, pricing, and inventory

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing online brand visibility and customer experience

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field

• Strong interest in digital commerce and online marketplace management

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms is an added advantage
