QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Qualification:

Bachelors 10+ years of relevant experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product and process compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to maintain high-quality performance across all functions.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing to identify gaps, risks, and areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, certifications, and industry standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality concerns.
• Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization.
