•  High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Courses in Education and/or Psychology are preferred
•  A Childcare qualification (Level 2 and/or 3) is desirable
• Minimum of two consecutive years of experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• RBT Training and/or ABA Training is preferred
